Quo Vadis Days Registration

Important Information

Online registration for Quo Vadis Days is open until June 2, 2025.

The Office of Vocations will be giving priority to older campers, as they are closer to the age when they may be making decisions about their discernment. We may need to make use of a temporary “wait list” for our younger campers. In addition, priority will be given to diocesan registrations, and if space is available, we will accept registrations from prospective campers from parishes outside of the Diocese of Charlotte.

After you submit your registration, you will receive an email receipt. This email receipt does not mean that your attendance is confirmed.

You will then receive a second email stating one of the following:

That your attendance is confirmed and you may plan on attending QVD 2025; or
That your registration has been received and placed on a temporary “wait-list,” and you will need to await a third email stating whether you can attend.

If your registration is placed on the temporary “wait-list,” an email will be sent to you by June 2 at the latest to inform you if space becomes available.

Registration Fee:

Once accepted to the camp, a link to the online credit card payment option will be sent to you by email. In addition, check and money orders are acceptable payment options (please see registration packet for more information).
