NFP Classes
The Diocese of Charlotte’s Office of Family Life offers comprehensive Natural Family Planning instruction in English and Spanish. Continued support is provided for follow-up, when seeking to optimize fertility and prepare for pregnancy, when there is a just need to avoid pregnancy, and during transitions such as postpartum or perimenopause.
An Introduction to NFP is included in the diocese’s Marriage Preparation (pre-Cana) workshops for all couples who wish to get married in the diocese.
Additional courses exploring body literacy and menstrual cycle awareness are available for girls with their parents and for young women striving to optimize their health and well-being.
NFP-supportive health professionals are available for consultation when women experience menstrual cycle problems and/or fertility problems.
