Please join Catholic Charities Elder Ministry and the Alzheimer’s Support Group at St. Matthew Catholic Parish for “Nurturing the Spirit: Wisdom for Caregivers.” Deacon Lon Phillips will speak on “Spirituality & Caregiving,” and Courtenay O’Donoghue, program director of the Alzheimer’s Association, Western Chapter, will discuss “Caregiving and the Holidays.”

The holidays can be a particularly challenging time for caregivers. Deacon Lon Phillips and Courtenay O’Donoghue will offer both inspirational and practical advice to help you navigate the festivities while maintaining your well-being. Join us for this informative session to learn how to make the holidays a time of joy and connection, even amid caregiving challenges.
