Form-Smoky Mountain Lenten Youth Retreat

I understand that my child(ren) are to obey all the rules and expectations of the adults in charge of this event and the facility(ies) being used. I further understand that the organizers and chaperones of this event reserve the right to dismiss my child for misbehavior, which my result in immediate expulsion from the event requiring me or my designee to pick my child(ren) up and take them home. I agree to explain this code of conduct to my child(ren) prior to arrival at the event.
