Youth ministry is a beautiful, demanding, and sometimes exhausting vocation. The truth is, we need to be receptive to the Lord and His graces, just as much as the young people we serve. This retreat isn’t a training day or a workshop. It’s an invitation to stop, breathe, and let God speak to you for once. Come spend time in prayer, in community with fellow ministry leaders who understand the weight and the joy of what you carry and allow yourself to be re-oriented around the Person who called you in the first place. If ministry has felt more like a grind than a gift lately, this is for you. If it still feels like a gift and you want to protect that flame, this is for you too. Come be renewed, rooted, and reminded of why you said yes, because the Church needs ministers who minister from their interior life, not just out of their willpower.
