Three Franciscan friars are launching a bold, Spirit-led mission to bring Christ’s love to the streets of Charlotte. In partnership with the Diocese of Charlotte, this ministry focuses on reaching young adults and “nones” – those with no religious affiliation.

Fathers Casey Cole, Roberto “Tito” Serrano and Jason Damon, members of the Order of Friars Minor, follow in the footsteps of St. Francis of Assisi. Their mission: meet people where they are, share the Gospel, and invite them into a deeper relationship with God and the Church.

Rooted in the Franciscan tradition and professed with the Our Lady of Guadalupe Province in Atlanta, the friars will witness publicly throughout Charlotte – wherever people gather and the Holy Spirit leads.

They are searching for young people who are searching for truth and meaning.
