Biography
Paul Kotlowski earned his ThB & PhB from Marquette University and Master’s degree from St. Francis de Sales Seminary of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. He has served in parish ministry for 8 years as a Director of Religious Education & Youth Minister in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee before becoming the Director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Charlotte.
