Personnel Forms

The Diocese of Charlotte participates in E-Verify, the government’s web-based electronic eligibility verification program offered by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), along with the Social Security Administration (SSA).  E-Verify enables employers to compare employee information taken from the Form I-9 against records kept in DHS and SSA databases.
Effective October 1, 2012, each new diocesan employee must be processed through E-Verify within three days of hire.
