As an expression of the New Evangelization, inspired by the work begun by Blessed Carlo Acutis, the Diocese of Charlotte’s Offices of Catholic Schools and Youth Ministry invite youth, their families and friends to take up this digital challenge on Eucharistic Miracles.
We join with the rest of our Catholic brothers and sisters throughout the United States with the National Eucharistic Revival now underway.
To this end, youth from across the Diocese are challenged to create digital presentations of the many Eucharistic miracles that have occurred through the centuries.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose a Eucharistic Miracle using this Sign Up Genius tool.
- Guidelines: Ensure parental knowledge and consent, use only public domain media or acquire rights thereto, do not exceed 90 seconds.
- Submit your creation to: ProjectAcutis@gmail.com by June 8, 2023, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. (Please include grade levels of those submitting the presentation.)
All submissions will be collected and shared for all schools and parishes to learn from and enjoy. Select entries will be debuted at the Eucharistic Congress in September.
