Mecklenburg Area Catholic School System |

|
There are 18 Catholic schools in the Diocese of Charlotte that proclaim the Good News of the Gospel and develop students spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially so that each is prepared to live and serve in a changing society as self-respecting and responsible individuals. The Charlotte area schools are centralized into a regional system, Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools (MACS). The other diocesan schools are members of the TRACS (Triad Area Catholic Schools) Education Foundation and are located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem and Kernersville.
The Diocesan Development Office coordinates an Annual Giving Campaign for the benefit of the eight Charlotte schools through the MACS Education Foundation and for the six Catholic schools in the Triad through the Triad Area Catholic Schools Education Foundation. The Triad Catholic Schools Foundation was recently formed in 2001 and successfully promotes a unified theme throughout the years.
Every gift makes a difference to our students and schools!

Why Give?
|
|
It’s about making a difference in the academic lives of our students. In making a difference in the lives of children attending Catholic Schools in Mecklenburg County or in the Triad we need your help. While the Catholic schools received funding from tuition and other fees, charitable contributions are what really create and exceptional, rather than adequate, academic experience.
Indeed, it is your charitable gift, regardless of size that can truly make a difference for the thousands of students currently attending Catholic schools with the Diocese of Charlotte and the thousands who will enroll in the future.
Perhaps you are an alum and your experience with the Catholic schools opened doors for you. Maybe you are a current parent, past parent or grandparent who wants to invest in your child or grandchild’s generations. Perhaps you are a friend of the Catholic schools and recognize the important role a quality Catholic education plays in the life of a child. Maybe you know people whose success can be attributed to a faith-filled education.
What ever the case, you know that your gift, regardless of size will definitely make a difference. Help our students and future generations of Catholic schools students build the Foundation to become successful Christian leaders.
